Please explain why, it would help many asking that same question :) espcially that im considering doing this method when my antiemetic comes and i haven't had enough money for tagamet from amazon since it isn't OTC in Poland but i can get Ranitidin instead.

Acid reducer make the SN quickly absorbed by the gut, this ensure a fast and peaceful death in theory.
Ranitidine is good

Is an anti emetic regimen necessary or even preferable before taking SN?
What I'm asking is, does it make a difference if i took doses every 8 hours for 48 hours or just take a large dose just before taking SN?

The PPH only says to take a large dose shortly before ingesting the SN. Is it that much of a hassle to do the regimen, though? I can't see why it would be an issue, and of course it's always better to be on the safe side.

You're right, it's better to be on the safe side.
It isn't much of hassle anyway, though I'll have to buy another Primperan 10mg 10 tablets box, Nitschke's regimen require 20mg every 8hrs, I'll need 12 10mg pills.

It strange how much they vary, dr.admiral [who ever that is] recommends 10mg, the wiki author recommends 15mg.

Any recommendations on a type (and dosage) of benzo to make the experience a bit more peaceful and hopefully induce sleep? I know absolutely zip about benzos. Also, when do I take the dosage? Before everything (the antiemetic, the acid reducer and the SN) or after?

Does anyone know if Domperidone is as good as MCP? Because I can't obtain MCP in my country without a lot of hassle. MCP loosens the stomach valve to let food pass through quicker, as far as I know Domperidone is only a D2 blocker.

domperidone is weaker, you'll have to take a bit more, not sure how much more though

What painkiller? Why do you want to take painkiller exactly? Did you mean sleeping pills?

That's what I've heard. Salty. not much burning. If you are worried about burning, take it in 100ml water.

1- Yes. 3%*15g=0.45g
you will die with 10g SN anyway
+- 0.5g when you are taking 15g does not matter

Yes. SN easily solves in water. do it just before taking it.

You'll take metoclopramide for stomach pain. the headache will not be sever but you *might* be able to take some painkillers for it.

I live in a bureaucratic shithole called Germany. They won't sell me Sodium Nitrite without industrial permit. I can't buy the Antiemetics OTC either. What do I do?
