I don't understand why it has to be a purity of more than 95, if we take more doesn't the SN dissolve in the blood?

12 minutes are not that long. Plus you would have already taken an so there isn't really anything to change your mind about. Lastly a decent amount of that time will be spent in a state of half consciousness so the actual time to think will be less.

You should stick to plain water when entering the fasting period. We really want to have a "clean" Base when consuming the SN.

I want to open my sn only one time to prevent the moisture in the bottle in case my si kick in or bad timing
Is it okay to prepare the drinks (water + sn) one hour before ctb or should keep my sn (in powder separate from this original bottle) and then mix it with water 15min before ctb?
I plan to make 3 or 4 back up cups
