I'd wonder if higher doses will really be more effective or you may be more likely to seek help due to suffering ?
An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.
Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

Would a proton pump inhibitor like lansoprazole be a good substitute for metoclopramide? Apparently lansoprazole helps treat gerd.Metoclopramide in addition to being an antiemetic is largely used for "gerd" it works by speeding up digestion. Tagamet does the same thing (except the antiemetic part)

what about hyoscamine?
ah ok, thanks you !Metoclopramide is a dopamine blocker, and blocks a shitload of receptors h2 ect. Ect. I haven't heard of either of those two being used as replacement for meto. There are about 3 that are used for chemo treatment to block serious naesea which are also dopamine blockers but meto covers a wider range of receptors for nausea, the receptors are not just in your brain but throughout the digestive tract.
What is the principle of abdominal pain? Are you sure the abdominal pain is gone when you eat antiemetics and Ranitidine Tylenol? There is a case that I died in 2 hours after complaining of abdominal pain by eating sodium nitrite in the area where I live.
I'm going to eat 100 g of Domperidone. Will not this vomiting be suppressed much if I eat this much? Although vomiting can be tolerated,
I am worried about abdominal pain.
sorry if i mistaken but i think tagamet reduce acid levels not strengthI would think the abdominal pain might be related to the pH in the stomach, hence the need for tagamet. If you have ever had a bad case of acid indigestion it's pretty painful, people mistake them for heart attacks.

Ialso, wording of ppeh makes it pretty clear that nitschke thinks antiemetics aren't 100% neccesary, says vomiting unlikely, and says antiemetics can be taken "if vomiting is a concern," what is your take on this guys?

i assume you mean without anti emetic, and alright thanks you !I
Nearly every report includes vomiting with sodium nitrite poisoning.
Does SN interact with alcohol or benzos? I think I'd have to use one or both for courage.
Okay great! So I can get toasted on my way out?No interaction for both, the only thing that lowers metHb is methylene blue.

Thank you so much :)I would, can't see much downside.
Yeah, a real concern is that neither the SN,antiemetics or tagamet effect GABA either. Because if this method somehow didnt work for me. I'd might go into acute withdrawal from zanax if one of did. Ive been on 2mg for 2 years. Just trying to make sure.I would, can't see much downside.

That about sums it up for me then. And hopefully will lose consciousness swiftly and avoid most discomfort. Sorry for so many questions but I need to know how you measure 15+ grams. Do you have to have a scale? The only failures on this method, are by people that have sought help or recieved help, everybody else as far as i know succeeded. Taking 15+ grams of sn isnt something your going to recuperate from outside of a hospital.

Very cool. You are the best!! Thank you so much!!
Can I ask if Tagamet is a must or is Ranitidine fine to use instead?
