I might make a tor hidden service, with the same software as this website. Except sourcing and partner threads would be allowed.

I imagine most people here don't even know what TOR is. So support from this forum (from here, the original SS I mean), with a thread advertising it and explaining what it is and how to access would be necessary, I think.
