Sudden impulse to ctb

I stay on tenth floor in an apartment. Whenever I am standing in the balcony, I have this sudden impulse to jump.
Previously I have had sudden impulses to self immolate, drown and hang myself, but I wasn't so low back then.

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling this way. Do you have serious thoughts about jumping from tenth floor or is it just your impulses? But tenth floor isn't really high enough to ensure a fatal death. You need to go higher.

No these aren't serious thoughts but I look at it as a quick relief while I am standing in the balcony
