I have been dealing with mental health issues for years, mainly hearing threatening voices. I am stuck at a facility with not many freedoms. There is a huge fire escape staircase outside my room which offers me an opportunity. All I have is a measly bedsheet, and I am not the best at tying knots. Any advice on making this as painless as possible?
