The Other Barbiturates

Admittedly, it was a long time ago that I got to try seconal, amytal, etc. I would rank the barbs in this order.

Seconal > Nembutal > Vinylbital > Amytal > Butisol > Phenobarbital

The vast majority are much like each other. They are much the same except some have nasty side effect profiles (eg. vinylbital) but that makes them perfect for death with dignity IMHO because they are clearly more toxic, hence the toxic side effects come up. It's a shame I no longer have access to them, otherwise I'd already be dead.

If I was to compare vinylbital with something, it would have to be Tuinal...that's the only barbiturate (or should I say dual barbiturate, since Tuinal is actually two drugs) that would come closest to it.

With barbs it's not so much what they don't take away that makes them good, it's more what they don't add that makes them good. Some add nasty side effects, some don't, hence they are silky smooth eg. Seconal and Nembutal being the most gentle of the lot. Vinylbital and Amytal are nasty in that they hit very hard and are damned potent. Too potent to be really enjoyable. And don't get me started on phenobarbital, that stuff isn't great at all, it hangs around, it feels like a dirty benzo haze and I'd never bother with it. Probably not great with an O/D either since it would need dialysis to get rid of it from the system whereas most barbs would pass the kidneys very quickly.

Is there any way to access the first 3 barbs on your list anymore? Is there anywhere that you could get seconal? Also, given your experience on taking barbs, have you ever tried opioids like fent, heroin or nitazenes? Would you recommend/have any advice on ctb'ing with them?

The statements I have highlighted seem to contradict each other in my opinion.

Indeed they do, and toxicity has little to do with potency IMHO. Seconal is less toxic than Nembutal but has higher potency and is smoother in effects.

Also, Pentothal is NOT the most powerful barbiturate. Brevital (Methohexital) is absolutely the most potent and fastest acting.

No chance. They are VERY hard, if not impossible to get hold of. I accidentally threw out the vinylbital when moving to a new apartment back in 2015. If I had it believe me I know I would be able to find it. No chance, it's gone. At least as far as I'm concerned it is. Sitting in landfill. Very angry about this, and angry that I can't find a peaceful means to end it.

Nitazenes are SUPER dangerous. So is Fentanyl. Do NOT mess with these, they are unforgiving and would kill any idiot in a heartbeat.

If it is possible to buy thio from india, rectal thio seems to be the best option (to find). It has been used for sedation in children. There is data from this study. So, we know about the pharmacokinetics of rectal thiopental. Also, we know the upper therapeutic dose limit from the case report. 10 grams of rectal thiopental should be enough. Although still hypothetical, but it is grey not black. I will try to buy thio from india as a backup method.

Okay, I've already decided to take my own life. This is absolutely definitive. The decision has been made and the decision stands. There is no going back.

IF 1/ I have one more major episode of this and 2/ it damages my hearing further and is permanent damage, then I will end my own life. I will choose a method that will inflict the least amount of pain and suffering on to anyone else who finds my body.

The decision is absolutely utterly final. There is no changing my mind. It's too late to change my mind. There is no turning back. The doctor wouldn't give me what I needed, so I am now at the mercy of more microclots, and other microemboli getting stuck in my inner ear vessels and fucking them up even further. This causes the problems I am experiencing and I have chosen to end my own life over it, because 1/ this is emotionally devastating, 2/ this destroys my one solace in life and 3/ the doctors are refusing to do anything about this.

This causes stress, makes me violent and angry and destructive, I've already broken things in my home. I don't want to deal with this any more, so I drew a line. It's a bright bold line and it's final.
