Just gonna say since you all talked about memory issues. I too have had extreme memory problems for long time, I don't have any childhood memories, I know certain things happened but it's like I read them in a book not like I lived through them.

Luckily I remember how to do stuff once I learn how, but I don't really remember events unless they were very significant.

I've heard it's a symptom of depression/anxiety so it checks out that a lot of us here would have issues with it.

I have it on good authority that my memory is filled with huge gaps instead of supposedly important moments. Considering that my brain is pretty bad at functioning properly even at a low load, I'd say that's how it copes.

Also, Zen 3 launch in a few hours. Hopefully it turns out decent and I can dream of building a PC with my next few paychecks.

My articulation issues are also bad. I have to repeat in my head a million times what I want to say or I'll forget it and I struggle to get the words out.

I'm okay talking (I'm good at that, ironically, I was very socially awkward when younger, not now though), but if someone tells me something to remember, I can't unless i write it down. It's odd: after all those months without sleep, I now feel I can join things up better than i could before, but then i can't understand details or remember stuff as well. I feel both cleverer and more stupid.

I gotta start writing stuff down. But I was a little discouraged when I was at my residential therapy program because when I had stuff written down to tell the nurse practitioner there, she said not to write stuff down as it just upsets me
