i think yesterday i over did it.. i felt like i could fast forward things by trying to act like my 'normal self' and put extra energy on basic daily thing but seems like my body couldnt handle it .. im starting to understand that ive been underestimating the gravity of what happened last year, in many ways ive blocked it out. but the truth is it was tragedy and im starting to realize that everything changed.
ive got Bee pollen. Halls spray vitamin C and Gan Mao Ling.. hope it'll do da trick x

Sorry to hear you are ill. I recommend vitamin D also, for immune system regulation, especially over the winter months. It's cheap, doesn't do any harm if you don't actually need it and most of the Northern Hemisphere is probably deficient over the winter.thanx babs
