I have been insomniac for 10 years. I tried too many drugs. Unisom, passiflora, hydroxyzine, kratom, valerian and adjuvants calcium channel blockers, valsartan etc. I never use gaba-a receptor agonists such as benzodiazepines. Mirtazapine is the best among them. Closest to natural sleep. No depression after waking up (unless you took high doses).

By this time I was using 3.5 mg. 2 days ago I woke up after sleeping for 5 hours and decided to take a small dose and sleep some more. Its effect was the same as 3.5 mg. I am 90 kg. It really works in very small doses. The small piece you see in the picture is actually very thin. So around 500mcg. I could feel depressed when I woke up with 3.5 mg. With 500mcg it felt like completely natural sleep. You may still be a little depressed. It can also work in smaller doses and even a better result is possible.
