Common lingering effects of SN exposure and ingestion.
1. Headache & lightheadedness – your blood may still be slightly oxygen-deprived, which can cause a dull or throbbing headache.
2. Muscle soreness – hypoxia can make your muscles ache because they weren't getting enough oxygen.
3. Tinnitus (ringing in ears) – temporary, sometimes caused by low oxygen or stress on your nervous system.
4. Digestive system can be upset – toxins and stress on your body can cause nausea, cramping, or irregular digestion.

In some aspects it can feel like a hangover mixed with the lingering side effects of a drug overdose.

To help with recovery

Hydration – water and electrolyte drinks help your body flush out the remaining toxin.
Gentle movement – stretching or short walks reduce soreness and improve circulation.
Rest – sleep and lying down in a quiet space help your brain and body heal.
Light foods – avoid heavy, greasy meals; stick to simple, digestible foods (rice, broth, toast, fruit).
Pain relief – ibuprofen or acetaminophen is okay if you have no contraindications, but only follow recommended doses..

Warning signs to watch for

Seek medical attention immediately if you notice:
Severe difficulty breathing
Chest pain ,fainting
seizures or worsening neurological symptoms.

I'd say if you feel like you can't handle the symptoms you should definitely go to the hospital.
It's best to not suffer anymore then you have to especially after a failed attempt.

Are you saying if you take the full 25 g and throw up most of it?

Thats the most likely reason you'd survive and not end up in the hospital.
Is this considering taking antiemetic and also having a second cup ready? I need to know I'm going to be trying this method very soon. I have plenty of anemics. I know from last year everyone I saw that took the proper dose and the antiemetic were all successful. I haven't been on the site for a while.. might be also the source they bought SN. From

I think I've only seen a few but they didn't take the correct amount of antiemetic and the source with iffy where they got the SN
I think I followed at least five people they got it from the same source I did and all of them are gone I haven't seen them come back. They may have throwing up a bit but still successful. Maybe it has to do with potency. I got it from DMC which is now closed down I believe
