Hello. This is my first post. I have been practising trying to find the sweet spot. No luck so far. Today I tightend the scarf Im using for practise real quick, a bit above the larynx pretty close to my chin, a sharp pain suddenly came. Now its really sore and hurts alot when swalloing and nose is running. Does anybody knows what this could be?
