Sorry to ask here, and apologies in advance as I think the question is a bit out there? I don't know where else to ask except the repair shop and I'm in a town with very limited English. I'm clueless... anti-virus came up with the attached which I thought was suspicious. This was yesterday, I googled, deleted temp files, rebooted, rescanned with anti-virus and it appeared ok.

Today same result popped up. I asked chatgpt and it gave me instructions on what to do, agreeing that it could be something malicious wanting to delete files.

Question: Can I trust chatgpt and do what it says? I used my laptop when I asked. And is my Sasu account safe? Sorry if I'm being paranoid, I honestly don't know.

Your comodo ignored them, so chances are they are just something that a windows update pushed to your device (like onedrive setup) so it might not be anything inherently malicious. You might be able to see them if you go (in comodo) to General Tasks, then click Unblock Autoruns, it will show you a list of recently blocked entries.
Thanks, this is all I can see now.

Hm I assumed it would have shown more given that the original picture has another path at the end. Windows deleted 2 files and 1 directory but without knowing what it was I can't say much more. Maybe you could do a malwarebytes scan too. But my money is on windows having installed/updated something and then removing the installer files/folders.
Ok, I downloaded a free trial of malwarebytes and did a scan. No threats detected.

I don't remember what kind of software it was but using a new AV software on a already infected machine is pointless.
You need another non infected PC/Laptop, a 16-32gb flash drive and you should look up how to enter the boot menu on your device.

You could also ask the PC repair store to burn you a USB pendrive with this live operating system here which can be booted from the pendrive and since you don't boot directly into Windows and instead into a different operating system, if there is a malware on Windows, this method auto start the malware in the background making the scans useless
Here is the link to Kaspersky live anti virus system -> kaspersky rescue disk

Just stick with Windows Defender, it comes with Windows already. Avoid using free versions of AV's, as many use scare tactics to make you buy a full version.

It's not possible to tell what those commands are doing without seeing the full command, it's cut off.
If Defender doesn't detect anything when running a full scan, I wouldn't sweat it.

If Defender reports anything back, let me know and I can help you on next steps.

Thanks, I was away for the weekend and just did a full scan with Defender. No current threats. I un-installed Comodo.
