The end of my period- I feel like shit.

I'd like to feel fitter without having to work for it. I think maybe because I've been so lazy recently, doing anything feels exhausting.

I don't really like eating. Anything. And once I got over 50, I have to eat about 1 calorie a day in order to not gain weight, it's miserable. I guess the only thing I can say I crave with any expectation of acting upon, is coffee in the morning.
