What did you eat so much of that now you hate it?

A few years ago i ate so many Salted Peanuts in one day
That i had severe abdominal pain for a few days afterwards
I have never ate salted Peanuts since.

Pineapple. Though I can't say I hate it, I will never again eat it like I did a few years ago. I literally remember feeling my gums melt away from the acid of all the pineaple I was eating and thinking, "Fuck, this is fruit of the fucking gods. Not gonna stop". Contrast that with now where I 've probably gone a whole year without eating it.

I used to eat lots of chocolate and sweets in general as a child, now they don't taste good to me anymore and I feel bad whenever I eat them.

Count calories and protein etc then compare it to meat
Ex if 1 shot = 1 meatball and 1 shot = 200 gram mashed potatos 12 shots is a solid 10 meatballs and 400 gram dinner
Or if your in bar compare drink price to food price

Chocolate. I had a chocolate protein shake that I used Fairly consistently when I was gaining weight for a few years. I can have chocolate sometimes but have ruined it by choking down almost 1L a day. Gross
