There shouldn't be any promotion of it (posting identifying images), that's for sure, for numerous reasons.

I'm not sure I ever saw it so I wouldn't even know what to look for.

A thread of that nature would literally be a huge privacy concern, I don't understand why you would even need to ask this, obviously a thread like that would be removed.
