Isn't that a question. Probably last December when I saw Ajax vs Valencia in the Champions League football match in Amsterdam. The crowd atmosphere was euphoric. Can't remember a particularly good day that stands out since then.

last sunday. i went swimming (as in, actually swimming) for the first time in a while.

If by good day you mean a day that wasn't overshadowed by life problems and suicide I would say maybe when I was 15 at the latest. There was a little hope and less pressure back then.

A good day, a genuinely good day... I honestly can't remember. Right now it seems like never. I'm sure there were good days in my previous life (pre-illness, pre-bad decisions, pre-failure) but they are covered under countless layers of dust, hidden in some corner of my cobwebby mind.
In my present state of slow decay, a good day would be waking up without drowning in hate and anger towards this pityful remnant of a person I call myself.
Yeah, now that I come to think of it, I'd like to have a good day before I die.

I don't know if I ever truly have fully good days. I have good moments but they're always followed by neutral or bad ones afterwards.

That and every year since but 2004/2005 are the worst because it's where it started and should have ended. I'm triggered if something's on from those years. So insanely jealous I just want to be back there. 2006 onwards I really don't care. Nothings mattered for fourteen years
