Whenever I go online, I see different types of therapists/ therapy .
Anxiety therapy, Relationship therapy , Divorce therapy , Grief therapy ...
My physical health is dwindling and I am going to die because of it, I am pretty lonely .
I even read on a website that people with serious issues like myself shouldn't seek therapy as it doesn't solve anything .
Which therapist should I go to ?

Maybe a CBT or EFT therapist?

CBT is about talking about your thoughts and feelings, making sense of them and changing your views to be more "positive"

EFT is about accepting ones circumstances and not trying to change your thoughts and feelings but rather learn how to sit with them and find peace.

Have you seen this thread? There's a lot of good info there that may help. In my personal experience it's been quite the journey to find a specific method that clicks well with me. I found it helpful to work with therapists that work on a wide range of methodologies. This was helpful in getting broader experience and trying different things.

Types of therapy that have been helpful for me personally include: IFS (internal family systems) and somatic therapy.

I wish you the best of luck!
