  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Then continue, and if you dont act weird about it, she probably wont either. Or, if you want to address that little tidbit, you can, and say it's been on your mind and don't want it to infringe on your sessions or be an elephant or overhanging cloud and want to get some clarification on it.

I hear that. I've seen probably twice as many. All useless. My last one, who I actually like, pretty much dumped me because she was moving onto bigger and better things, but she said she wasn't going without her clients, and that they said she could take them. Then I get a text saying "Turns out..." that she can't lol. What a joke. Now I'm paranoid and I'm never really paranoid. I meet my new one on Mon. Sort of a rocky start already. Will be too because I'm saying from the get, that I just want to do the bare minimum to be able to receive medication. Hope your next session goes well. Let us know.
Will do

Hey how would you go about decluttering your belongings?

Hey how would you go about decluttering your belongings?
Oh shit lol. This is a "do as I say, not as I do" thing lol. Pretty much everything with me is. You could start with a 3ft by 3ft section, like a corner and then move toward the next section of the room. First I think is anything worth throwing away. I don't know if playing music or having a tv show or movie playing would help, or only working on commercials. I find containers to be helpful. My mom is a container nut as we always had little stuff and it's easy to section off your stuff into little compartments of containers. Have a box of "to go through" if you can't decide on wth to do with it. Have a "sell" box if you want to get some money for it and don't want to throw it away or keep it. Making a plan on a piece of paper helps. Doesn't have to be formal. Just scratch paper with bulleted notes. For me, it's easier if I sit a bit and make a list of what needs to be be done. Without know what kijd of physical decluttering you're doing it's harder to give advice. I bet there are good vids on youtube and advice blogs if you search. Your belongings are going to be different than my belongings by a long shot so that's tricky to answer. I have to think more "normally" and it's hard to think as myself period lol.

Is it not common sense?
I think you would have been more accurate if you had said that a therapist who had experienced what you are experiencing would be able to help better, perhaps a lot better. A therapist can not possibly have experienced everything that their patients are experiencing, and the reason they have years of training is so that they can be of some help even for things they have not experienced themselves.

What I said was " how can someone help someone if they havent suffered themselves?" I never said she hadnt suffered.

She's just mad that I won and am now the therapist 👑 😉

Do you think the therapeutic relationship is damaged beyond repair since I just outed myself as a difficult patient?

My answer might come a little late, but, in short, no. There are a lot of "difficult" patients. There are a lot of F60* and F61* in the ICD-10 (look it up). It would be a great world if all patients were "easy" - oh you are depressed, take this pill once a day and see me in a month. Patients do all kind of things you can't imagine. You work for months to convince them that not everyone is stupid and maybe there is a narcissistic component and they show up with an internet test from mygreatfreepsychology.org.net and say you are wrong. You give them a tablet and tell them it starts working in 6 months and even the leaflet says so, and they show up after three weeks saying xxdd1010 from my chat says it doesn't work or I saw a video that wipes your 12 years of study and now I know more than you.
