Basically they just say mindfulness dozens of times and I still have no idea what the fuck what people mean when they just bark "be mindful" "practice mindfulness".

I have a mindfulness cd. Part of it says "Remember whatever pain you feel no matter how bad, you can accept it because you are alive."
Oh dear.
It's about being in the moment.
It's about spouting loads of clichés.
