• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Same, and it does make people want to go back. It seems like most NDEs give people an increased appreciation of life but some get the urge to back and become more depressed. If it is indeed better there it is a relief that you can just "go there" if you want to.
Yes, my friend had one he believes he is back to help people

I am constantly going to remind myself, to never come back no matter what when I ctb. I don't care if I possibly get a different perspective on life up there, I will never reincarnate again, I will have to be forced.

I might make a post about this, but I have been following Richard Martini's and Michael Newton's works for some time now.

They basically do past life regressions, discuss near death experiences with people, that sort of things.

I read "Journey of Souls" by Michael Newton around 2022. At the time, thought it was the best thing since sliced bread and it made sense to me that when we die it's not as bad as it seems and that even in death there's some structure.

However that 'structure' is what is currently making me skeptical of their work all together.

To give an example on what I am talking about, here's a screenshot of Newton's book (specifically chapter 5 Orientation) explaining case 12, where a Subject is an advanced soul (meaning, has more experience with previous lifetimes and such) who is discussing with her guide her life, the good, the bad, the ugly etc.

Newton says that every soul has an orientation, a review of their lifetime, experienced or not. To me that already implies a hierarchy which doesn't really ring differently from the one on Earth but I digress.

On page 37, Newton says;

"Everybody is held accountable for their past lives. Performance is judged upon how each individual interpreted and acted upon their life roles."

And now thinking about it, compared to 2022 when I read it, that's so fucked, you know? You are bullied, judged, misinterpreted, had prejudices against you all your life only to die and then be judged again in the afterlife according to Newton.

I could speak so much more about this book and it's absurdly stupid logic, but I'll spare you the time and energy. As a "best time seller" it does more harm than good.

Agreed with you. Just thought I'd share my two cents as someone who at some point really wanted to believe. Just believe you know? Even if it doesn't make much sense. I don't blame my past self but I am glad that my beliefs changed.

I agree! If it makes some feel better let them believe we all need some and hope and peace

I get you. Most NDErs are told reincarnation is a choice, so there's that. Unfortunately there's a theory floating around that your higher self makes different decisions than your ego and is more likely to reincarnate because it doesn't understand it as serious even if it chooses a bad life.

I really want to believe more than just the material, but I find it hard to be convinced. At most, something along the lines of reincarnation I think. If there is an immaterial that causes our awareness it transferring from being to being makes sense to me. But what happens before and after all life on Earth is gone? There are some weird shit I find hard to rationalize though when it comes to dead people, shit like visions in dreams that tells people information they couldn't possibly known, like passwords, combinations, hell telling them they're sorry they died to the person dreaming even though they hadn't known they died at all. This is all coming from people I know really personally who have no reason to lie. I remain skeptic of NDE's but I don't write them out entirely either. A handful are particularly compelling to me

I think depending on your situation, if belief lets you calm down on ctb then it's a win-win imo. No after-life? Die in ignorant bliss. There is? Have fun being a moth who eats peoples clothes for a week before being swatted by some kid in Malaysia or something.

Anyways regardless of my rambling I think it's really just impossible to know, but the more detailed people get over the topic the less I believe them. I personally remain hopeful that I could be reborn in a life where I can just spread endless love and joy.

Why does it seem that some of the kindest people on this planet are the suicidal ones? This really breaks my heart. 💔😔 I've read enough posts on here that made me cry. It's hard to come on this site sometimes, but I feel this pressing need to know and understand the darkness in this world…. because most really just don't even want to think about…. as if death doesn't exist after life. Your heart is definitely in the right place…. We need more humans like this on our planet. You're appreciated. ❤️

Near death experiences are just dmt because the god people see in these experiences are dependent on what they belive in for example people india report seeing indian looking god while in america they report seeing jesus
I was wondering about that today

And btw, if it's a hell, will we be able to commit suicide there🤔 I can't spend eternity in hell, I'll find a way to escape that too!
I've spent 23 years in hell already and it feels like an eternity, I don't want another eternity after this one.

My attitude towards afterlife has been for a long time:

You don't feel anything: 🙂
You don't feel anything: 😞

Since I got my SN ,I've been visualizing how I drink it everyday. And you know what? It's not that I'm too scared to die now, but...

okay, I'm still scared to die.

The only 'afterlife' that exists is all the other lives that come into this world after yours ends.

It worries me so many of you believe in nothingness and identify yourselves as these mortal coils/meat bags. We are not these biological bodies, they are merely sensory devices that enable consciousness to participate in the story of this world. Of course there is afterlife, but it depends greatly on your beliefs.. if its nothingness you crave.. the universe will most supply it, if you believe in hell etc.. the cosmic computer will play with you. We are creatures of stories and after the body dies we return to our primordial formlessness. The question is what type of afterlife can you relate to and your mind will support?

I think many people find comfort in believing that their experiences and beliefs shape their reality, even beyond death. The idea of consciousness transcending the physical body and creating its own post-death narrative is compelling and mirrors various spiritual and philosophical views across cultures.

For those who believe in nothingness, it might be less about craving it and more about observing what they perceive as a lack of evidence for anything beyond the material world. On the other hand, your perspective suggests a more fluid, subjective reality where belief plays a key role in shaping both life and what comes after.

While beliefs influence how we perceive and interact with the world, they don't change objective reality. For example, believing you can fly won't grant you the ability to defy gravity. The idea that personal beliefs shape an afterlife assumes a subjective reality unsupported by empirical evidence.

I wonder if there is an after life or its just darkness and your brain dies so do you , even hell is better for me than life if it exists atleast i will know that there only gonna be pain and no false hopes , amd if theres nothing then well , theres nothing , wbu tho what do you think abt afterlife?
I'm split at whether I am more afraid there's something and nothing
