All, as in everybody's, or all yours? To be on the safe side: Granted! All of everyone's dreams and fantasies - human or animal - spawn parallel universes where they are true. Transportation between universes is free and unlimited, but you can't dream or fantasize anywhere but in your own universes. Otherwise it would be such a ball of confusion we'd all fall down dizzy.
