  • Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Hi guys.
Lately I just can't stop crying. Like real racking sobbing and other times it's a sadness that causes tears to run from my eyes, but I'm not making a sobbing sound. It's just no sound at all.
Does anybody have this?

Sometimes the only intervention is some external chemical.. until you can gain the stability to process through with someone else. Might be impossible to get outside and do something productive when you feel emotional.. but I sometimes like to go to a trail or near a bunch of trees and walk around where I can breath and cry. Being around strangers while crying doesn't seem to bother me. Different ways to push that energy through for different people. If nothing else try an ice bath. That will shock the body into the Dolphin effect which will clear the bad stuff out immediately. This is a survival mechanism used by the body when in cold water that might kill you if you fell into it in nature. WIM HOF method and DBT are part of where the ice came in for me in coping. The WIM HOF breathing methods also really help the body stress aspect. If you don't feel like problem solving then it might be good to allow yourself time to feel and rest. You will be back in your body again like normal if you add other healthy stresses through intense exercise and methods to shock yourself in a positive way.

Any exercise that gets my lungs depleted, like going for a run. I like taking warm baths too.

Yes I like walking! It helps me process things. I like the exercise aspects of walking too!

Thank you for the advice! I will try some of these things. I appreciate it. I mean, what have I got to lose.
Thanks once again! You are an angel xxxx

I don't cry really, though when I verbally talk to someone about being suicidal that seems to trigger crying.

I don't cry often at all. Even though I feel a lot of pain I can't cry and I wish I could for the catharsis.

yes. in the last 6 months ive spent 5-8 hours crying at least 3x a week. just sobbing and hyperventilating. my blood pressure and BPM are actually getting exponentially worse bc of it. ive spent most of my time in life isolated and crying and it's really shocking to me that it's still like this. sometimes i'll seek it out and purposely trigger myself to start a panic attack. weird emotional masochism. im very jealous of those who say they feel numb

Yes my medication doesn't stop me from crying either. When I was on Quetiapine, I found it harder to cry and express emotions.

Yes! I had to go shopping for food earlier and I was crying as I was walking home.

I wish my doctor would put me back on an SSRI. I found Fluoxetine really helped me a lot. I hope the meds help you.

I think there's a point to life, just not mine. I failed at everything I wanted to do and I don't have the energy anymore to keep trying things to see what takes off. I'm completely broken. The person I wanted to be has died, and I cry for her.

Yes I do find myself crying.
Mostly because I can't believe my life turned out like this.

Maybe I was just delusional but I never thought it would be like this.
