I have two solutions to the times my emotions are in intense turmoil - cutting and dancing.

Used the second a bit earlier today. Might end up using the first sometime later tonight. And to top it off, I have my first therapy session tomorrow.

Speaking of animals making too much noise, the street dogs on our campus at any time between 1 A.M. and 5 A.M. fall into that category. As do the crickets who keep screeching for 2 hours straight from 6 A.M. to 8 A.M., without a fucking break. And the sparrows, who are currently making it impossible for me to hear my laptop in my room at 7 P.M. with the door closed. All of them can piss off.
