I remember my first trip to Lidl. It was in th former Eastern Germany. I filled my cart up with food. I got to the checkout and there was a beer aisle. Local beer was 11p a pint. I put most of the shopping back on the shelves and filled the trolley with crates of beer.
When I got back to the weird place I was staying I realised they had a crate by the door where you could help yourself to beer. Just put 10p in the jar. So I added mine to the pile, put a few marks in the kitty and was drunk for days.
Ahhh happy memories...

Yeah I was drunk for days. Bloody English abroad lol. I worked there for a couple of months. The Germans refused to pay me in the end so I sicked my MP on them when i got back and they caved. Cheeky buggers.

You are correct, my bad. I thought protein was before fats, but on reflection that would be bad if your body started mining structural stuff before it's fat reserve.

Why does gluconeogenesis knock you out of ketosis then, if you restrict carbs but still eat too much protein? Ahhh forget it, I just thought of the answer LOL because glucose is generated. Dumb Underscore.
