Mostly apathy/indifference. I try to care about things and make myself enthusiastic about my future but it just isn't working. There's no point to any of this. There is a really small bit of hope though, since I'm trying to recover, but right now, that small amount of hope is easily outweighed by feeling exhausted and not caring about anything. It's hard to keep doing recovery when I don't care much about the future

Sadness and heartbreak. Realizing I'll never get the love of my life back and how for years I've just become more and more depressed. I can't even keep food down now and I'm very sick all of the time. I just feel very very sad and cold
